I agree. With the need to fill positions with mature and skilled workers you cannot ignore the benefit that the mature worker brings.
Our experience in putting these people to work has been extremely positive.
Good story. However age discrimination is rampant and will continue to be. Any company that ignores the 65+ worker who wants work will do so at its peril.
